याची स्थापना — साईबाबांच्या समाधीभोवती (विश्रांतीस्थानाभोवती) बांधलेले, जे 1918 पर्यंत शिर्डीत राहिले; मंदिर परिसराचा विकास 20व्या शतकात झाला.

पहिले — समाधी आणि त्याभोवतीची मंदिरे

  • समाधी मंदिर

    इथून सुरुवात करा. साईबाबांची संगमरवरी समाधी, तिच्यावर त्यांची मूर्ती — संपूर्ण परिसर याच मंदिराभोवती उभारला आहे.

    ठिकाण: — संस्थानच्या आवाराच्या मध्यभागी; खालील सर्व मंदिरे त्याच्या जवळ आहेत, आणि तिथे पायी जाता येते.
  • गुरुस्थान

    ती करवीर झाड, जिथे बाबा तरुण संन्यासी म्हणून पहिल्यांदा शिर्डीत दिसले. भक्त त्याच्या बुंध्याजवळ अगरबत्ती लावतात.

    ठिकाण: — समाधी मंदिराहून काही पावले पुढे, त्याच प्रांगणात.
  • द्वारकामाई

    जुनी मशीद, जिथे बाबा त्यांच्या बहुतांश वर्षांत राहिले. धुनी — त्यांनी पेटवलेली आणि कधी न विझवलेली आग — अजूनही तिथे जळत असते, आणि तिची राख भक्तांना उदी म्हणून दिली जाते.

    बाबांनी जोपासलेली आणि रोज फिरायला जाण्याची बाग. नांदा दीप — त्यांनी चालू ठेवलेला दिवा — इथे आहे.

    ठिकाण: — मुख्य मंदिराहून परिसरातून थोड्या अंतरावर पायी.
  • दीक्षित वाडा संग्रहालय

    बाबांच्या स्वतःच्या वस्तू इथे ठेवलेल्या आहेत, ज्या वाड्यात त्यांचे पहिले भक्त काका दीक्षित राहत त्यात.

    ठिकाण: — संस्थानच्या आवारात.
  • खांडोबा मंदिर

    गावातील मंदिर जिथे आगमनाच्या वेळी बाबांचे प्रथम ‘साई’ म्हणून स्वागत झाले.

कधी यावे

निश्चित हंगाम नाही — हे मंदिर वर्षभर उघडे असते. तीन सण शहरात गर्दी आणतात: रामनवमी, गुरुपौर्णिमा आणि विजयादशी, जी बाबांची पुण्यतिथी आहे. हे तिन्ही सण हिंदू पंचांगानुसार फिरतात.

  • शिर्डी हे मंदिराभोवती वसलेले छोटे गाव आहे, त्यामुळे बहुतांश निवारी वेशींपासून पायी पोहोचण्याच्या अंतरावर आहेत.
  • शिर्डीचे स्वतःचे रेल्वे स्थानक गावाजवळ आहे. शहराच्या नावाचे विमानतळ शिर्डीच्या बाहेर आहे आणि तिथून रस्त्याने यावे लागते — उड्डाण नव्हे तर आगमनाचे नियोजन करा.
  • यात्रेकरू नाशिक किंवा छत्रपती संभाजीनगरहून रस्त्यानेही येतात. शनी शिंगणापूर आणि नाशिक हे शिर्डी सोडणाऱ्यांचे नेहमीचे पुढचे थांबे आहेत.

  • The Daily Programme lists temple opening at 4:45 am, Kakad Aarti at 5:15 am, Samadhi Mandir darshan beginning at 6:25 am, and Shej Aarti at 10:00 pm; it does not establish a closing time. Shirdi is a walk between low, plain, whitewashed buildings rather than one great temple. The route runs from the queue hall to Sai Baba's marble samadhi, then out to the two small buildings he actually lived in.

    Agents stop vehicles on roads, chowks, bus stops and temple entry points. They claim to represent the Sansthan or to arrange darshan, rooms or parking, then send people to chosen shops and private lots.

    What to do. Do not stop for people who flag you down or claim official status. Book darshan on online.sai.org.in or at the PRO office, and use posted public parking.
