How the
board works
Pilgrims answer pilgrims here. Ask before you travel, share what you saw after, and vote up the answers you would act on. Nothing is sold on this board; bookings and donations stay with the temple's own desk.
Ask before you go
Good questions name the temple and the month
- Name the temple, the month and who is travelling with you
- Tag the thread with the temple, or with a topic like Stays or Darshan
- Say what you already know, so replies start from there
Share what you saw
First-hand notes help the next family most
- Say when you went; queues and timings change with the season
- For bookings and timings, point people to the temple's own desk or website, the only source that can confirm them
Travelling with family
Elders and children change the plan
- Mention the steps, long walks or waits you had to plan around
- Say where you found a place to sit, rest or feed a child
- Tag the thread With elders or With children
- Share what you lived; leave medical questions to a doctor
Vote for what helps
Votes decide what rises to the top
- Vote up the answers you would act on
- Vote down what is wrong or off topic, not what you simply disagree with
- Hot lifts new threads that get early votes; Top shows the most-voted threads
Nothing for sale
No selling, touting or paid darshan offers
- No agents, tour packages or “VIP darshan” offers
- No referral links; add a link only when it answers the question
- Bookings and donations go to the temple's own desk, never through a thread
Respect every tradition
Every path to the temple is welcome
- Be kind; do not mock a faith, a custom or a community
- Report what breaks these rules; a thread that several pilgrims report is hidden automatically

How can we help with your visit?
Namaste. Name the temple, the month and who is going. We plan the visit free, then point you to the temple’s own desk to book.
Confirm timings with the temple before you travel.
