Lakshmi Puja is worship of Goddess Lakshmi, the deity of wealth and well-being, with lamps, flowers, sweets and aarti. The main one of the year is on the night of Diwali. Friday evening is the usual weekly day.

Kumkumarchana (worship with vermilion) and a panchamrit abhishek (ritual bath with milk, curd, honey, ghee and sugar) offered to the Devi, closed with aarti.
